Dr. Harwinder Singh, D.V.M
Veterinarian
Dr. Harry graduated from the College of Veterinary Sciences, GADVASU (India) in 2013. His expertise in large and small animals makes him knowledgeable and well-informed in animal sciences. He has a pearl of great practical wisdom. He worked in India until he moved to Canada in 2019. He worked for various animal hospitals including Vancouver and Port Moody. Now, he continues his own practice at Williams Road Hospital.
Dr. Rajan Tooray, D.V.M
Veterinarian
Dr. Rajan is an experienced veterinarian at Williams Road Hospital. He graduated from the College of Veterinary Sciences, GADVASU (India) 2012. He has great insight into animal medicine. He worked in India until he moved to Canada in 2019. With his own practice at Williams Road Hospital, he aims to provide fast and effective care to his furry clients and their owners. He worked for various animal hospitals including Vancouver and North Vancouver. Now, he continues his own practice at Williams Road Hospital.
Carmen Bragg
Veterinary Assistant
Carmen grew up in North Delta and then moved to Vancouver in her 20s. She completed the VTA program at Granville College in early 2023 and is excited to be working in a new animal hospital. She enjoys being around and working with both large and small animals. Her family had both cats and dogs growing up. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cycling and sailing with friends and family.
Ella
Ella has over a year and a half of experience as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital in Korea. She has always had a deep love and passion for animals and shares her life with a Maltese dog named Siru. In her free time, Ella enjoys rock climbing and exploring new places.

Matt has spent the majority of his life here in Richmond, growing up with an enlightened curiosity about animals of all shapes and sizes. He has close to 3 years of clinical veterinary experience, and aspires to be a vet tech. In his free time he’s usually out in the outdoors, snowboarding or working out.
